We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You can pay through our secure direct checkout or through PayPal.
Freight
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. However, if the order is large enough to put on a pallet (typically this would mean over 100 dozen) we will contact you to set up a truckload/LTL shipment. See UPS delivery map below for estimated delivery times:
Disclaimer for Incorrect Shipping Info
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If you give us an undeliverable shipping address and your order is sent back to us, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for payment of any additional shipping charges to have your order resent to you.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact our office within 3 business days upon delivery of your order. We will be glad to resolve any issues. To have a credit or refund issued to your account you must receive a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department. Altered or washed merchandise will not be accepted for returns. Returns of merchandise without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
All sales are final for merchandise purchased in-house. We will not accept returns nor will refunds be issued for walk-in orders.

Minimum order is $50.00 This does not include shipping.

Claims
Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
