Do you sell to individuals?
Yes. As long as you meet our minimum order requirement of $50.00 plus shipping, we will sell to individuals. If you are located in the state of Georgia, a 8% sales tax will be added to your order.
Can I order one shirt?
No. Due to our low cost structure, we only sell by the dozen which is 12 shirts.
What are your grading standards?
Irregulars: Irregulars are the best of the off-quality grades. Apparel factories call them irregulars, we call them values! These garments have very minor imperfections that are a normal result of the manufacturing process. (i.e. minor shade or spec issues). Most irregularities cannot be seen with the naked eye. Irregulars provide you the opportunity to purchase excellent merchandise at a fraction of the cost of first quality!
Closeouts: Closeouts are usually excess from a previous season's production. Closeouts are the result of changes in color, design, and fabric or missed deliveries. Closeouts are all first quality.
Can I order by color?
For irregulars, you can order either white, black, or assorted colors. In the assorted cases, there will be at least three colors per case. The white cases will be white only. The black cases will be black only. When first quality closeouts are available, you can order these by color.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from either Georgia or North Carolina depending on availability.
Can I pre-order merchandise that is out of stock?
Yes. We are happy to accumulate merchandise for our customers.
Can I pick up my order at your facility?
Yes. We do allow customers to pick up orders at our Atlanta location. You must have a business license to pick up at our facility. If you do not have a business license, you can still order via our website and we will ship your order to you. Please note, customers located in Georgia who do not have a business license are subject to sales tax. Our facility is open Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m, Friday 9:00 a.m to 3 p.m. Please call ahead so we can have your order ready for you.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express.
Do you ship out of the country?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and offer exporting services as well.
How do I set up terms with your company?
We do offer net 30 terms for pre-approved accounts. Please fill out our credit application and fax back to 404-352-4775. Our credit application is located in the terms section of our website.
