- Can I order online?
Yes. This is the easiest and best way to order. Our inventory as well as specials deals are updated online daily.
- Do you sell to individuals?
Yes. As long as you meet our minimum order requirement of $50.00 plus shipping, we will sell to individuals. If you are located in the state of Georgia, an 8% sales tax will be added to your order.
- What are your prices?
Our prices vary from item to item. By clicking on the item you are interested in, it will show you the PIECE price of that item.
- Can I order by the piece (one shirt)?
No. Due to our low cost structure, you must order in increments of 12 pieces (12 pieces = 1 dozen). For example, if the piece price is listed as $1.00, you must order this item by the dozen which is 12 pieces. Therefore, 12 pieces x $1.00 per piece = $12.00 per dozen.
- Can I order multiple sizes in one dozen?
No. Each dozen is one size only.
- What is an irregular?
Irregulars are the best of the off-quality grades. Apparel factories call them irregulars, we call them values! These garments have very minor imperfections that are a normal result of the manufacturing process. (i.e. minor shade or spec issues). Most irregularities cannot be seen with the naked eye. Irregulars provide you the opportunity to purchase excellent merchandise at a fraction of the cost of first quality!
- Can I order by color?
Typically NO. The only exceptions are black only and white only. Our products come in from the manufacturer packed assorted which means several colors in a dozen. It is very difficult and costly for us to separate the colors to sell each color individually. Therefore, in order to keep our low cost structure, we do not offer this service.
- Would you make an exception if I want to purchase a large amount of shirts in one color?
No. We get this question often. Someone will say... I want to purchase 500 shirts in the color yellow. Unfortunately we cannot sell this way.
- Do you offer screenprinting or embroidery services?
No. We only sell our shirts blank. However, all our shirts can be printed on.
- Do your shirts come in plastic packaging?
No. We ship our shirts in a printers fold. This means that 12 shirts are bundled together. We take pride in packing our shirts in the most organized and best manner possible.
- Are your shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes. Our shirts are pre-shrunk.
- How soon will you ship my order?
When you order before 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, your order will normally ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST, or on Saturday and Sunday, will normally ship within 48 hours.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking #. You can then go to ups.com to track how long it will take for the order to arrive. Additionally, you can view a map of transit times on the terms page of our website.
- Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping for orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EST. Please call in your order if you would like it expedited and we will provide you with the shipping charges. There is a $50 rush fee for all expedited orders. All expedited orders are non-refundable.
- Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from Atlanta, Georgia.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
Once you have completed your order and proceed to the online checkout, your shipping charges will automatically be calculated. You will be able to see these shipping charges before you enter your payment information. We typically ship via UPS Ground.
- Can I pick up my order at your facility?
Yes. We do allow customers to pick up orders at our Atlanta location. You must have a business license present to pick up at our facility. If you do not have a business license, you can still order via our website and we will ship your order to you. Please note, customers located in Georgia must have a Sales and Use Tax ID form present in order to avoid paying 8% sales tax. Our facility is open Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m, Friday 9:00 a.m to 3 p.m. Please call ahead so we can have your order ready for you.
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa,MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
- Do you ship out of the country?
We ship to all 50 states and Canada.
- If an item is out of stock, how long before its available again?
This varies from item to item. The best thing to do is keep checking back on the website. We update the website daily, so if we have received a new item it will show up on the website immediately.
